Meric Duranson, graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Istanbul. She worked as a Financial Controller at a multinational company for six years in Istanbul before transferring to their offices in Lyon in 2004.

In 2015, She decided to take a new path in her professional life and become a sophrologist.

Umut Ilkay Kavlak, has a master degree (LLM) from University of Exeter/UK on International Business Law. She is currently working at Trade, Economy, Agriculture, Energy Section in of intellectual property, company and consumer protection laws. She is also a gender equality focal point of her section. When she was working respectively at private sector, government and then at the EU Delegation, she continued her academic studies in Turkey and the UK on EU law, international business law, law history and gender equality. Jolanta Nyczke, graduated in 2001 in English Language and Literature and Celta Cambridge certified. After twelve years of teaching English in four countries (England, Germany, Poland and Italy) she stayed in Italy to share her international experience and open a new English Language School in Mestre. In last three years she worked hard to create a service in unique, informal, interactive and motivating education environment in province of Venice that can help people communicate more effectively in English and achieve their goals. 

Burcu Cunneen, is a Painting Artist & Teacher. She has a Teaching Fine Arts Degree at Pamukkale University in Turkey.  She worked as a Painting Teacher in various public schools in Turkey. After 18 years teaching career in Turkey she moved to South Africa in 2017. She set up a charity project call "Ocean Smile" in Township - South Africa. She developed Turkish Wave Ocean Smile - a non-profit organization - is training women to sew clothes, and make jewelry, paintings, and beads to earn a living. She used her Teaching and Art skills to give training for unemployed women and young girls to impact and influence their skills. About the nature of her project to give a training to women based on their interest skills. Once trained and fully equipped, they can make products in bulk, which are then available to sell in the market. Also they can be required to educate and train other community members to ensure continuity. She is currently living and working on a restoration project in Turkey. 

Eda Bayraktar, Storyteler&Story Strategist and Founder&Director of Storytelling Academy in London. After Sociology bachelor degree she has Master degree on Educational Design &Technology with a storytelling thesis on Hero’s Journey. She is also creator of Kulenga Storytelling Game, which helps people to develop storytelling skills. As a storyteller and story strategist, Eda helps people and companies to find, create and tell their unique stories that make them succeed in life and business. She designs and provides tailor-made training, coaching, consulting, speaking services for people and organizations.

Zeynep Taner, studying Phd at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK. She has Teaching Diploma of Dance Professional Dancers at Royal Academy UK. She also has a Master Degree of Arts / Performing Arts in Yasar University Izmir-Turkey and Bachelor Degree of Art / Classical Ballet-Contemporary Dance in Mimar Sinan University Conservatory Istanbul-Turkey. She is The World Champion - contemporary dance adult duet category first prize at International Dance Organization, World Dance Olympics 2010, Moscow. She is a free-lance Ballet & Contemporary Dance Teacher at Dance&More / Canterbury, working with gymnasts of ages 5 to 20 at City of Canterbury Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, classical ballet and contemporary dance.

She is a Director & Owner and also Head of RAD Teacher Training Program of Tan Sagturk Dance Academy Izmir. She is leaving and working between UK & Turkey. Dr. Eda Ermagan Caglar, has a degree in psychological counselling, and her masters and doctorate degrees in forensic social sciences. Following her career at the Ministry of National Education in Turkey, she moved to London and worked at University of Northampton. Afterwards, she founded her own company, Balance, and delivers psychological counselling in the United Kingdom. Additionally, she works as an associate lecturer at several universities, and as an independent grant reviewer for European Union projects.
